Lothar Schüler, has
the main responsibly
and the work in both
the vineyards and the wine cellar. He is also the chef and in that role he creates the menus for the restaurant. The variety of the work between the busy work in restaurant and the work in the vineyards which follows more the rhythms of nature provides him with a welcome equilibrium.
You can enjoy our wines with a meal in the restaurant; otherwise you are very welcome to arrange for a wine tasting visit.
